A prestigious boutique law firm specializing in corporate transactions and estate planning is seeking a Legal Office Administrator - Legal Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide legal and administrative support to attorneys while coordinating with vendors, clients, and court personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist attorneys with corporate and estate planning cases
✔ Manage legal documents, filings, and correspondence
✔ Coordinate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
✔ Handle vendor interactions and administrative tasks
✔ Maintain case records and legal documentation
✔ Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certification (preferred)
2+ years of litigation experience
Knowledge of corporate documents and estate planning
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
