Description:
Encore Capital Group is seeking a Leadership & Organizational Development Facilitator to design, develop, and facilitate global leadership and organizational development programs. This role involves delivering training in both physical and virtual environments, analyzing training needs, and continuously improving leadership programs based on industry best practices and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate leadership and organizational development programs, including workshops, coaching sessions, and training events.
- Conduct needs analysis to design and modify training curricula using a blend of internal and external content.
- Develop training materials such as facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align programs with global and local business priorities.
- Continuously evaluate and refine leadership programs for ongoing improvement.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training facilitation, with at least 3 years in leadership development and coaching.
- Strong knowledge of leadership development models and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to resolve on-the-spot training challenges and deliver high-quality training.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience negotiating in complex situations with sensitivity to cultural and regional differences.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $5,583 – $8,091 per month (annual salary: $67,000 – $97,099, based on location, skills, and experience).
