Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leadership Coach to join our growing team at Tough Tongue AI. In this role, you will provide virtual coaching and guidance to clients—from front-line managers to executives—on leadership development, conflict resolution, and effective communication. You will also collaborate with our product team to create targeted coaching scenarios and curricula that leverage our AI-based conversation practice platform.
Key Responsibilities
1:1 Coaching & Group Sessions
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions to help clients develop leadership competencies, including communication, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and performance management.
- Offer actionable feedback and personalized development plans to individuals and teams.
Content & Curriculum Development
- Collaborate with product and content teams to design scenario-based learning modules for leadership development.
- Leverage Tough Tongue AI’s multimodal platform to create interactive, video-first coaching experiences that clients can practice asynchronously.
Platform Engagement & Feedback
- Use Tough Tongue AI’s tools to gather client insights, measure progress, and refine coaching approaches.
- Provide clear, data-driven feedback to clients, enabling them to track and celebrate their improvements over time.
Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Stay current with best practices, emerging trends, and cutting-edge research in leadership development, organizational behavior, and adult learning.
- Contribute thought leadership articles, blog posts, or webinars to share insights and advocate for AI-driven coaching solutions.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular touchpoints and nurture client relationships, ensuring an exceptional coaching experience.
- Adapt coaching styles and methodologies to fit diverse cultures, industries, and organizational structures.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree required. An advanced degree (MBA, MA, or MS in Organizational Psychology, Leadership, or related field) is a strong plus.
- Professional Coaching Certification: Certification from an ICF-accredited coaching program (e.g., PCC, MCC) or equivalent; or 10+ years in senior management with proven leadership development expertise.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional coaching experience, ideally with a focus on executive or leadership coaching.
- Proven track record of guiding managers and executives to achieve leadership goals and team performance milestones.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt content to diverse audiences.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital platforms, video tools, and collaborative software. Willingness to learn and champion AI-driven coaching methods is essential.
- Client-Focused Mindset: Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport quickly; delivers empathetic yet direct feedback.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Able to work with clients across various time zones and balance a dynamic schedule of coaching sessions and content creation.
