Role Overview:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will guide a team of engineers in the development and delivery of high-performance automotive software. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that meet business needs and customer requirements, with a focus on embedded systems and ADAS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and deployment of software for automotive embedded systems and ADAS.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and systems teams for software integration.
• Work with product managers and stakeholders to define software requirements and deliver solutions.
• Promote innovation, best practices, and process improvement within the team.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure quality code delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role in automotive or embedded systems.
• Expertise in C/C++ and embedded systems development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
