Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable and secure solutions using DocuSign technologies to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of DocuSign API with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on DocuSign-related projects.
- Collaborate with team member to gather and analyze requirements for DocuSign implementations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DocuSign solutions including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all DocuSign implementations.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of DocuSign configurations to identify and address potential issues.
- Lead fixing efforts to resolve any technical issues related to DocuSign solutions.
- Mentor and train team members on DocuSign technologies and standard methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in DocuSign technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of DocuSign-related projects.
- Provide input on strategic planning and decision-making related to DocuSign technologies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies related to DocuSign implementations.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience with DocuSign DocuSign API and DocuSign Admin.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers and team members.
- Show proficiency in creating and maintaining user documentation.
- Have a proven understanding of industry standards and best practices in DocuSign implementations.
- Display the ability to mentor and train team members on DocuSign technologies.
