Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead with strong front-end development experience to join our Developer Platform team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for working with a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our business and customers. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also mentor and provide technical guidance to the development and product team to ensure that our software solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, quality, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team in the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Actively participate in the product discovery workshop to define the next-gen product requirements and uncover potential issues.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
- Work closely with other technical leads to ensure that our software solutions are cohesive and integrated.
- Ensure that software solutions meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, quality, and security.
- Manage and prioritize development tasks to ensure that project milestones are met.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders and project managers, to ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend new technologies and methodologies as appropriate.
Required Skills:
- BS/MS degree, preferably in a Computer Science or related field.
- At least 10+ years of experience in software development.

Ability to think logically, diagnose/triage, and make decisions
- Experience with cloud-based web applications and services.
- Hands-on working experience with multiple development stacks, such as Java, JavaScript, RectJS, TypeScript,
- Proficiency in web front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript, ReactJS, webpack, bootstrap, and jQuery.

Deep familiarity with JavaScript and server-side JavaScript frameworks such as NodeJS
- Understanding of back-end development and ability to collaborate with back-end developers.
- Understanding of web security best practices and common vulnerabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
