Responsibilities
- Develop scripts and products in Python and Javascript for internal intelligence and security use cases
- Ideate through complex use cases, effectively gather customer requirements, and plan and delegate work
- Provide technical and solution guidance to the team; conduct design and code reviews of the team's deliverables
- Build playbooks and integrations for our SOAR and Threat Intelligence platforms
- Proactively identify and address obstacles and inefficiencies throughout the development process
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent work experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Proactive problem solver; strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional solutions with reusability and scalability
- 1+ year direct experience providing automation solutions to replace manual workflows
- Proficiency in Python, Javascript, Nodejs, and React
- Extensive experience with the design, implementation, and consumption of API services and service-oriented architecture patterns
- Comfortable learning and working with internally-developed tools
- Able to take ownership of a project and independently architect, execute, and troubleshoot it through delivery
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL and SPL (Splunk Search Processing Language)
- Experience with container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes
- Prior experience working with intelligence or incident response teams
