We are actively seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join the Investor Communication Solutions (ICS) Pricing team in either our New York or Edgewood locations . The Lead Financial Analyst role, within the Pricing group of the ICS division will drive strategic pricing decisions for new and existing products, drive strategic pricing and broader finance initiatives, and build pricing capabilities for the long term. You will own challenging topics, for example, to articulate compelling pricing approaches that align with our target go-to-market strategies, to evaluate impact of regulatory and other changes and recommend ways to mitigate and take advantage of the changes. You will identify and realize opportunities to enhance our ability to price to value, based on solid understanding of the pricing in the market and our client’s needs. You will also support managing the overall pricing governance to drive effective deal engagement. To achieve your goals, you will need to work closely with the Business, Sales, Product Management, Legal, and Finance stakeholders to drive growth at Broadridge.
Work Modes: We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Drive pricing of new products and go-to-market planning with Product Management and Sales
Refine existing pricing strategies and models in response to changing business conditions and changes in the competitive landscape
Drive strategic pricing and finance initiatives to evaluate impact of various potential regulatory and market changes, as well as changes in strategy
Break broad lines of inquiry into smaller questions to evaluate and package findings into compelling storylines
Collaborate with sales leaders on complex deals and client transactions that cut across business lines, including developing strategies for client renewals as well as the long-term strategy
Drive institutionalizing pricing governance within the ICS segment working closely with constituents across the organization from BU Presidents to Product Management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business (finance, accounting, other analytical discipline)
Minimum of 5+ years of experience
Strong written and verbal communicator with ability to partner with senior stakeholders
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Demonstrated project management and analytical skills
Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Management Consulting, Financial services, or financial technology experience preferred
