Lead Developer

Nuveen Services, LLC seeks a Lead Developer - Java at our office in Charlotte, NC to collect requirements, perform analyses, and designing solution for software applications. Complete architecture review and prepare logical workflow diagrams. Design technical solution, understand client needs, and articulate them through requirement and functional specifications. Perform data modeling and data mapping. Perform unit testing and bug fixing. Support production issues and resolve them. Creating data loader services and deploying them. Analyze existing designs and incorporate into current applications. Redesign application as per business requirement and deploy it on production. Mentor offshore and onshore team. Review and maintain code quality assurance. Coordinate code inspection protocols to test performance quality. 5 – 10% domestic and international travel. Telecommuting permitted 2 - 3 days per week. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or as Software Engineer, Software Developer, Technology Lead, Technology Analyst, IT Consultant, or related occupation. The company would alternatively accept a Master's degree in the accepted fields and 3 years of work experience in the accepted occupations. Worksite Location: 8500 Andrew Carnegie Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262 Salary range: The salary range for this specific position is $149,469 to $155,000 per year.
