Job Title: Lead Consultant - Data MDM (Informatica, Alteryx)
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist MDM lead in developing enterprise MDM data models and designing architecture.
Configure and optimize Informatica MDM 10.x to meet business requirements.
Evaluate and recommend emerging MDM/DQ technologies, methodologies, and standards.
Create Match and Merge rules, ensuring stakeholder alignment and approval.
Develop and implement MDM data models and architecture using industry-standard tools.
Leverage CA Erwin or Embarcadero ER Studio for enterprise data modeling and blueprint development.
Implement data modeling standards focusing on data quality, categorization, and consistency.
Debug and troubleshoot MDM system issues, improving load jobs and batch processing performance.
Configure Informatica Data Director (IDD) and Entity 360 for data governance and stewardship.
Work on real-time MDM integration using SIF and/or provisioning tools.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Informatica MDM 10.x development and configuration.
2+ years of hands-on experience with MDM Entity 360.
5+ years of experience in data modeling using CA Erwin or Embarcadero ER Studio.
5+ years of experience in Informatica ETL and data consolidation methodologies.
Strong understanding of enterprise data governance and MDM best practices.
Knowledge of cloud-based MDM solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Experience in metadata management, data security, and performance optimization.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
