My client, a V30 law firm is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of corporate experience for their Texas office's. This position requires substantial experience within the following areas: mergers and acquisitions (private and preferably also public transactions, including those involving private equity buyers), financings (including venture capital and other private and public financings), transactional related securities compliance, and broad based commercial and corporate experience.

Requirements

• Juris doctor from an accredited law school
• Experience working in a peer firm
• Licensed to practice in the state they're looking to be located in
