Trustpoint.One is collaborating with a well-respected mid-sized Minneapolis law firm in their search for a Labor & Employment Attorney for their growing group. The workload in this group is heavy on counseling but will have some litigation assignments as well, so candidates must have significant experience (5+ years) counseling employers on various labor and employment related issues. The lawyers in this L&E group represent employers in virtually all aspects of their employee and labor relations. The firm is open to hiring at the Associate or Counsel level with no book of business required.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of significant counseling experience with superior knowledge of the law in the labor and employment arena
• A strong commitment to client service, including the ability to work efficiently to help clients problem solve and the ability to build rapport with clients, fellow attorneys and staff
• Communication and drafting skills that inspire the confidence of clients
• A willingness to generate publications and speak in public to help clients stay on top of workplace developments.
• All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time
