How you spend your day with us:

  • You proactively develop new business opportunities and manage defined sales activities with new and existing B2C customers to achieve sales targets/grow our business.
  • You act as a trusted advisor for our current and potential partners by using modern, consultative sales methodologies for both channels (online / offline)
  • You own the full lifecycle for new partnerships (onboarding, contract management, API resources, Marketing, and PR, etc.)
  • You participate in business development and sales activities in conjunction with channel partner account management to support our hybrid sales strategy to also increase our SaaS sales
  • You secure regular feedback loops and insights on B2C market developments for deriving future market positioning activities and optimization of online / offline business strategy
  • You define and supervise targets and tasks for sales representatives. Define and follow up marketing and sales activities
  • You support the introduction of new product propositions within NA market in alignment with the global business strategy (e.g., SmartMeeting and Sembly AI)
  • You actively network, visit virtually, or face2face relevant trade shows and represent Speech Processing Solutions on business relevant events to grow the partner network in our traditional and new industries.
  • You drive market research with existing and new customers to find use cases for new products in the development pipeline.

What you bring in:

  • Your 1-3 years related sales experience (Channel Management experience preferred but not required)
  • High customer and service focus with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • A proven track record of over-achieving sales quota
  • Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong listening and presentation skills, organization and negotiating skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
  • A strong work ethic, ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments and a result- and goal-driven, winning attitude
  • A team player with a high degree of initiative, collaborating cross-functionally and with a can-do approach.
