Description:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction, loyalty, and continued business. This role involves understanding the client's needs, coordinating with internal teams to meet those needs, and managing the overall account strategy. You will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, leverage technical strategy and best practices, and lead the successful execution of projects. In this role, you will further develop technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT’s growth and innovation
What You’ll Do
1. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client.
- Understand the client's business objectives and challenges.
2. Account Strategy:
- Develop and execute account plans that align with the client's goals and the company's objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account and devise strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
3. Communication:
- Regularly communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Provide clients with updates on products, services, and industry trends.
- Resolve conflicts and handle client complaints in a professional manner.
4. Collaboration:
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to meet client needs and expectations.
- Ensure seamless delivery of products or services to the client.
5. Account Analysis:
- Analyze account performance, including revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to account strategies.
6. Forecasting:
- Prepare sales forecasts and track progress toward revenue targets.
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of key accounts.
7. Contract Management:
- Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments with key clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
8. Market Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities that may impact key accounts.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (a master's degree may be preferred in some cases).
