Description:
The key areas of responsibility of the Key Account Manager - Immersive Experience, is to manage, develop & grow existing multi-office large accounts that have a substantial, and potentially multi-national footprint. Explore and develop new accounts is part of the role.
Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales and total key account potential via identifying opportunities.
- Get in-depth insights in and knowledge of key accounts’ strategy & business approach.
- Manage the accounts strategically & tactically by utilizing regional sales managers to work opportunities within territories.
- Build an intimate long term relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
- Detect & develop new (strategic) business opportunities within the existing accounts.
- Develop, implement and manage key account plans and processes according to the Barco key account planning methodology.
- Secure and make key account information available internally in accordance with company processes and tooling.
- Provide key input on financial and logistics forecasting.
- Steer and influence other internal stakeholders (sales staff, other departments, divisions, regions) in order to realize key account plans and objectives.
- Responsible for account contracts, QBR and business reviews, as well as each company funnel in CRM
- Acquiring & developing new accounts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years experience in sales, account management, market/business development in the Immersive Experience industry.
- IX Experience (Projector and IP).
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and presentation.
- Extensive influencing and people skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Remote position.
- Travel required in the territory, HQ and regional account offices (25-50% travel).
