Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Sales Manager to join our team and help us meet our ambitious goals and targets. You will be responsible for contributing to increase our commercial team’s potential, exploring new leads and markets, analyzing and qualifying prospects with the ultimate goal of converting them into customers. You will report directly to the Commercial Director and work together to ensure the targets and KPIs set by the organization are met.
All you need is:
- 2+ years of successful previous experience as a sales representative, sales manager or business development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets;
- Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus;
- Diligent, organized, self-motivated & result-driven whilst able to use own initiative;
- Proven track record with product sales;
- Good organizational skills;
- Impeccable time keeping and meeting targets;
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or any related field would be nice to have;
- Experience with multiple markets – Europe, LatAm, Asia - is a plus;
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences;
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization;
- Strong relevant network / well connected;
- Full proficiency in English;
- Work proficiency in Spanish (Portuguese is a plus);
- Availability to travel abroad up to 30% of working hours, attending exhibitions, trade shows, company meetings or client meeting.
Your daily adventures will look like:
- Being part of the team focusing on segmenting the market and building out the value proposition for prospects and customers;
- Proactively identifying, engaging and educating prospects about Gamingtec services;
- Being a part of the process of negotiating offers and contracts directly with prospects;
- Maintaining an overview of the commercial KPIs and be accountable for reaching targets;
- Working across the entire product suite based on organizational prioritizations;
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations for different types of audiences;
- Working closely together with other members of the sales and marketing teams;
- Travelling and carrying out sales activities at industry expos and conferences;
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status;
- Contacting outbound leads as provided or instructed by the Commercial Director.
