Responsibilities:

• Competently Manage multi-phased projects to achieve schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Work with the design team to provide cost analysis feedback and constructability reviews
• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

• Must have 4-7 years’ experience in commercial construction. data center construction or semi conductor construction practices and procedures
• MS Office experience required, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, construction, architecture or equivalent professional experience
• Data Center experience preferred; construction management experience
