should have the necessary expertise and proven track record in loyalty domain and platform modernization and, can deliver the initiative successfully within the scope, time and budget. Supplier should also have prior experience of modernizing high-scale banking platforms that process over 20 million transactions per day.

They should be able to showcase the availability of necessary technical resources who will be deployed to work on this engagement. The technical resources should be very proficient with cloud technologies and should have expertise with modular microservices development.
