Duties

Working as an Information Technology Specialist (Application Software) in the Office of Information Systems Management (OISM), Applications System Division, you will:

• Serve as a key ServiceNow Developer responsible for design, and application deliver work products for all phases of the SDLC, and providing operational and maintenance support for scoped Nuvolo application.
• Perform software testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing.
• Troubleshoot user problems, bug fixes, researches and identifies the cause of reported defects and issue, resolve defects, and performs and assists with quality assurance activities.
• Document software engineering designs, source code, testing plans, operations manuals, and software security plans.
