We’re looking for an IS Computer Support Technician to join our team! 🚀
Key Responsibilities:
💻 Workstation Deployment: Imaging, inventory, and lifecycle management.
🛠️ IT Support: Troubleshooting Windows OS, Microsoft Server, SCCM, SCOM, TCP/IP networking, and Microsoft Applications.
🤝 Customer Interface: Resolving hardware/software issues and ensuring network security.
📋 Maintaining inventory of software/licenses and assisting with system requests.
📂 Supporting Remote Secure Access, emergency response teams, and biennial refueling outages.
Must-Have Skills:
✔️ Hands-on experience with systems deployment/imaging.
✔️ Expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft Server, TCP/IP, and IT telecommunications.
✔️ Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
Qualifications:
🎓 AA in a computer-related field (or equivalent experience).
