Mid-Market Securities, LLC offers global brand recognition and professional back-office support. We are a full service domestic and international investment banking resource for the middle market. We are seeking investment bankers from traditional sources as well as industry professionals who possess relevant industry knowledge and contacts.

You must have an exceptional financial and accounting background and experience as an investment banker, accountant, financial advisor and/or C-level consultant.

Industry-specific professionals, as well as practitioners already licensed as investment bankers, can join our growing team and can benefit from:

QUALIFICATIONS:

An appropriate applicant will have a strong financial and accounting background and work experience as an investment banker, accountant, financial advisor and/or consultant. We will also consider those candidates with unusually strong industry knowledge and extensive contacts suitable as prospects for investment banking business. An MBA is not required but is strongly preferred. All applicants must be willing and able to obtain the requisite securities licenses: Series 79 and 24, and State licensing, as required (e.g., Series 63 in New York). Mid-Market Securities, LLC will sponsor applicants in need of one or more licenses.
