Description:
Our client, a global manufacturing organization, is seeking an individual to join their team as an Interim HRIS Systems Advisor. Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition this individual will be responsible for managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) project from requirements gathering through RFP, vendor selection and negotiation, implementation, training to ‘go live’. They will also manage existing talent acquisition platforms on a day-to-day basis as well as tackle any additional ad hoc projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic leadership of the project brings best practice and thought leadership to the process & technology design and future roadmap.
- Accesses SME (Subject Matter Expert) and supporting resources to bring global expertise, problem solving, and innovation to the project.
- A competent project manager, who understands how to navigate the internal organization and can quickly identity and engage the right project participation where required.
- Accountable for project delivery across all workstreams in accordance with the project plan, leading collaboration between workstreams.
- Reviews weekly status reports and leads weekly project governance meetings and provides updates on project status.
- Responsible for forecasting decision points and approval gates across relevant departments and for the steering committee. Works in close partnership with the Head of TA throughout the project to manage and mitigate risks and issues.
- Leads and manages the Steering Committee communications and meetings.
- Facilitates workshops, project kick off / close.
- Directs PMO resource to ensure project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Work closely with our global TA platforms on system enhancements, upgrade deployment and knowledge sharing with SMEs.
- Use your deep functional expertise and systems knowledge to provide expert guidance and act as an internal consultant on external best practice.
- Develop strong relationships with our Global IT function to ensure that our systems are optimized effectively and are compliant with our policies and procedures.
- Scope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition function, driving consistency across multiple systems.
- Global responsibility for supplier management of TA systems.
Education and Experience:
- Bring a solution driven approach, having worked in a global matrixed environment. Demonstrate how you provided expert guidance in process management and system configuration (global super user / systems administrator) on a number of Talent Acquisition platforms.
- Joining a small, highly motivated team, a self-starter with willingness to take the initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Having exposure to managing global transformation projects, understand the complexities and challenges to successfully navigate through issues and problem solve effectively.
- Strong communicator, with the ability to articulate in a clear, simple manner, complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, as well as communicate effectively to the TA and broader HR community.
- Experience in leading requirement collection/ vendor selection processes in TA systems.
- Experience/knowledge of Beamery CRM or a similar Talent CRM is a plus.
