Integrated Marketing Manager

We're looking for an exceptional Integrated Marketing Manager to join our client's team and help take their marketing efforts to the next level!

As a Manager of Integrated Marketing and Execution within the Work Management team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence through streamlined processes and effective partnerships, ultimately elevating team performance. You will oversee critical processes for Creative Services and the Content and Web Ops team, encompassing project intake and prioritization, quality/risk management, resource allocation, status reporting, workflow improvement, and coordination with external vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the project owner for a high volume of integrated Workfront projects, collaborating closely with the Copy, Design, Email, Video, and Publishing teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Work collaboratively with in-house teams, including creative directors, account/planners, media, and senior leadership to establish trusted relationships, grasp business requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency in project delivery, finding creative solutions to meet project objectives while balancing priorities and anticipating bottlenecks.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, both large and small, and champion continuous improvement of products, processes, and teams.
  • Assist the Work Management Sr. Director in refining work processes, providing support in triage, and developing training documentation and adoption practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, discipline leads, and stakeholders across the organization to prioritize and address business needs.
  • Plan, document, and monitor all aspects of ongoing projects.
  • Facilitate team-level ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Keep track of tasks, deliverable dates, and team bandwidth.
  • Monitor and communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and urgent issues.
  • Proactively identify issues, monitor risks, and remove barriers to project progress.
  • Promote operational efficiency within the team, advocate for agile creative practices, and continually refine processes as the team evolves.
  • Ensure alignment of schedules, resources, and communications across relevant teams, making trade-offs and dependencies clear to business stakeholders.
  • Play an early role in stakeholder work as projects and campaigns are defined.
  • Foster a healthy team culture characterized by curiosity, experimentation, innovation, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable production processes, including work intake and prioritization procedures, templates for operational documentation, and process guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of various media, ADA compliance, and the creative process, including creative development and production.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience in a fast-paced internal creative or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Workfront or similar project management tools.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional internal and external partners.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to provide direction to designers, freelancers, agencies, and other partners.
  • Experience in project management, traffic management, and resource allocation is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and communication skills.
