Description:
Busy and vibrant personal injury firm, specializing in helping those involved in motor vehicle accidents, seeks a full time CLIENT INTAKE COORDINATOR who will bring optimism, intelligence, empathy and efficiency to our busy practice. Experience in case evaluation and intake is essential and day to day duties will include potential client screening, evaluation of potential claims as to viability for success and remote client signup through e-sign, text message and email.
Responsibilities include creating processes and procedures for intake. Further job duties include entry of potential clients in our intake system, LeadDocket, and opening and setting up claims in our case management system, CasePacer. Experience with CallRail is a plus.
