Description:
This research associate position is a short-term appointment for an instrument engineer to support the installation, refurbishment, and calibration of a Nu Instruments Noblesse noble gas mass spectrometer. The instrument will be part of the Cosmic Forensics laboratory in the Geological Sciences Department. Toward this goal, we seek candidates with experience maintaining noble gas mass spectrometers and data processing and reporting procedures.
