Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develops and facilitates professional development for preK-12 teachers through workshops, presentations, and embedded coaching in schools.
  • Partnership Management: Develops and maintains long-term relationships with key stakeholders in partner districts. Assists with securing and managing service agreements for educational supports. Collaborates with internal and external partners around mathematics.
  • Participates in program evaluation by observing teachers, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and writing reports on the efficacy of program model. Writes and publishes educational articles to disseminate ISP mathematics related work.
  • Performs other duties as assigned and participate in general ISP activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with instructional coaching.
  • Experience with education research.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Experience designing instruction to meet state and national standards.
  • Knowledge of mathematics content and pedagogy.
  • Technological proficiency and adaptability.
  • Ability to work extra hours as needed, including evenings and weekends. Attendance at conferences out of state.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Development or Design, or related field and three years of experience or Master's degree and one year of experience.
