Quick Reference Guides (QRG) Create informative guides to streamline employees work flow.
Support building training content for LMS, and schedule recurrent training by job title, group, and/or requirement.
Understand the important relationships of data managed within the LMS such as the job title to the training and how that translates to the employee and the training experience (on-line, classroom, on-the-job).
Define how individual components fit together to create the desired outcome such as understanding the gap of learning content and what tools need developed, and what the return will be for the business.
