Instructional Designer

Description:

Our large consumer product client is seeking a small team of Instructional Designer/eLearning Developers to create eLearning modules showing Sales Reps and Installer vendors how to install their products. The client will provide all content in a finalized form including videos, when necessary, as well as branding and templates. All modules will be created in Articulate Rise (consultants must provide their own laptop and licenses). Our client is seeking a resource local to Broomfield, CO who can work onsite from 8:30 to 5:30 MST one to two days per week.

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• A plus: Degree in Instructional Technologies or Education, and/or Certification in eLearning.
• 10+ years’ experience in Instructional Design & eLearning Development serving mostly large companies.
• Experience creating eLearning on technical processes.
• Must be highly skilled in the hands-on development of interactive, engaging eLearning using Articulate 360, both Rise and Storyline (must provide your own laptop and licenses).
• Must have exceptional experience creating eLearning for technical content.
• Must be able to show excellent samples as part of the consultant selection process if required.
• Must be collaborative and excellent at working with Sr. Instructional Designers and Team Lead/Project Manager as well as clients and SME’s.
