Description:
As part of the commercial team, the Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) plays a critical role in generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients. The ISS will be responsible for attracting, qualifying, and nurturing leads to create a strong sales pipeline for the products and services offered by JuggerBot 3D. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of inbound sales concepts and strategies, and a willingness to master modern sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze market data to identify trends in key customer segments.
- Manage all administrative and sales activity related to inbound opportunity, (1) developing pathways to attract, nurture, and convert customers; (2) qualifying leads based on predefined criteria; (3) supporting customer inquiries and funnel activity by deploying intentional practices; (4) Initiating engagement to warm and cold leads by phone, email, or social media.
- Master HubSpot and become JuggerBot 3D’s power user, leading CRM integration and continuous improvement efforts, managing data-entry and maintenance of records, and championing HubSpot usage to accomplish company goals.
- Research and identify potential leads within the manufacturing industry through various sources, such as online research, industry events, and referrals.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of the products and services, and tailor messaging to address specific client needs.
- Conduct thorough discovery conversations with leads to understand their manufacturing challenges, pain points, and objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Educate leads about JuggerBot 3D’s products, services, and solutions positioning them as valuable solutions to their manufacturing needs.
- Monitor and track leads’ progress through the sales funnel, ensuring timely handoff to the team.
- Effectively use sales enablement tools and partner with marketing to expand tool kit.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback based on lead interactions to improve overall lead generation strategies.
- Attend industry events to expand our presence and influence in the industry.
- Regularly provide insight from customers and the market to influence our product development and marketing strategies as well as help to guide our overall company strategy.
- Contribute to development of JuggerBot 3D business plans to achieve sales objectives.
