Description:
The Inside Sales Representative will assist and sell products and services to new and existing customers through outbound phone and virtual calls within strategic growth campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Understand our customer's current production needs and position ABEC as the partner of choice.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to ensure customers understand all available solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure timely program implementation.
- Demonstrate excellent customer skills and professionalism during outbound calls with customers.
- Lead professional virtual meetings to educate customers and new customers on our Service and Equipment options.
- Collect and manage customer data utilizing our Customer Relationship Management program.
- The position will also be responsible for setting qualified onsite appointments for the Regional Sales Managers.
- The position will be researching biopharmaceutical manufacturers and key personnel to assist in our sales strategy.
- Spearhead and execute target marketing campaigns.
- Execute other tasks as assigned.
