Description:
We seek a dynamic, driven Inside Sales Professional to join our team. With full revenue accountability for new and renewing premium-priced memberships, the Membership Development Associate will play a crucial role in growing our network base by engaging and converting target senior executives who align with our mission. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, goal-oriented, self-starter with a demonstrated, successful track record of selling professional products or services similar to Outthinker Network memberships.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales and Membership Network Growth: - Manage the inside sales process from initial contact to membership conversion, ensuring you meet or exceed established growth goals. This includes working with warm leads, nurturing them, and converting them into paying members, primarily via phone, email, and digital marketing channels
● Lead Generation and Engagement: - Identify and engage with warm leads of senior executives who fit our target profile. This will involve email outreach, telephone calls, and LinkedIn engagement to drive pipeline growth, leveraging the fact that many leads are already interested or aware of Outthinker Networks.
● Relationship Building: - Develop strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring a positive membership experience that drives retention and growth.
● CRM Management: - Maintain relevant CRM data, including customer notes, sales activities, and prospect development. Report on key performance indicators such as outreach and sales cycle activity levels, weighted prospects pipeline, forecasts, and results.
● Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and smooth onboarding of new members. Requirements:
● Proven experience (3+ years) in an inside sales or business development role, particularly in sales of professional services to senior executives.
● Demonstrated track record of successfully converting warm leads into paying clients through email outreach, telephone conversations, LinkedIn, and digital marketing strategies.
● Experience engaging with senior executives, demonstrating the ability to build strong, comfortable relationships and communicate the value proposition of a premium product/service effectively.
● Strong lead generation and prospecting skills with a hunter mentality, even when working with warm leads, ensuring proactive engagement and successful conversion.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilility to convey value and drive membership engagement across various digital channels.
● Proficiency with CRM software and other sales reporting tools, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting of sales activities.
● Comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment, willing to wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to achieve the mission.
