Description:
Durrett Sheppard Steel is currently recruiting for highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives who are looking for a challenging, fast pace environment to acquire and grow a dedicated customer base.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maintenance, development, and growth of new and established customer accounts by means of phone
- Serves as the primary contact for customers, maintains customer relationships and addresses all issues
- Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Develops/maintains effective relationships with customers, providing customer service and complaint resolution
- Develops or enters formal quotations into appropriate system or format and provides them to customers
- Follows up with all quotes in a timely manner and according to policy
- Coordinate internal functions of quotations and orders across all internal departments
Qualifications
Experience
- 2 years sales or customer service experience preferred. Industrial or metal experience a plus
Skills
- Strong math and computer skills
- Able to interpret basic mechanical/shop drawings
- Clear, concise, telephone and face-to-face communication skills
- Highly organized, accurate and neat
- Professional demeanor
- English speaking/ bilingual a plus
