Inside Business Development Representative

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and industries for business development.

- Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.

- Qualify leads and set up meetings or appointments for the sales team.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to pursue new business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and revenue generation.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
