As a 360 Recruitment Consultant specializing in the IT sector, you will be a key player in our Raleigh office. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to placing candidates in rewarding IT roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific IT recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct headhunting, to identify and attract top IT talent
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from presenting qualified candidates to clients and coordinating interviews to extending offers and facilitating smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide clients and candidates with accurate and valuable insights
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the Raleigh office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within the IT sector
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client and candidate relationships
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not essential
