Hybrid Intake Coordinator

 

Description:

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the “face of the company” and manage the top of our sales funnel.

· Manage a pipeline of several hundred prospects that come through our sales funnel every week, following up with each person to schedule initial intake conversations and guage interest in, and fit with, the services we provide.

· Lead the initial conversations with prospective clients to vet them to see if they qualify to be part of the elite team of entrepreneurs we limit our clientele to.

· Maintain the organizations sales systems and record-keeping.

· Up-level the efficiency of our sales process, and make recommendations to improve the efficacy of the same over time.

Serve as the “face of the company” to our vendors and office visitors.

· Act as the liaison for all external vendors such as janitorial services, technicians, deliveries, etc.​

· As part of the above requirement, you may be asked to assist employees with a variety of IT-related activities such as ordering, setup and light-troubleshooting of cell phones, laptops, accessories, and other computer equipment.

· Receive, screen and direct incoming calls and visitors.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for the property management company and maintenance.

Finally, you’ll be called on to collaborate with our Document Specialist and Executive Assistant to assist with various administrative tasks, as required.

· This is a hybrid role. So you must be U.S. citizen and reside in the Scottsdale, AZ area (or be willing to relocate).

Education & Certification Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

· 1 year of sales, Account Management, CSR, or Call Center experience preferred.​

· Prior CRM experience preferred. Experience with Monday.com, specifically, is a big bonus!​
