Responsibilities:

 Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment

strategies.

 Manage and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.

 Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.

 Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding processes.

 Administer employee benefits programs and address employee inquiries related to benefits.

 Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases for payroll processing.

 Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

 Proven experience as an HR Specialist with a minimum of 5 plus years of experience and a stable and solid work history.

 Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite along with ADP

 Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

 Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

 Excellent attention to detail and highly organized.
