Description:
Uses professional employment and staffing techniques and concepts for employment, sourcing programs, and policies for the organization. Employment and search efforts are of moderate scope and complexity. Works on staffing / employment for skilled operational and technical and professional level positions. Normally receives general direction on staffing and employment assignments, with more detailed direction provided on new or more specialized and complex assignments. Exercises judgment within defined staffing and employment procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Works with internal and external contacts. Supports TA and TOPS operational program, including running a monthly recharge for the TOPS program, and producing offer letters for all new hires and leading the coordination of new hires joining UCOP.
