Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a HR Project Lead to join our dynamic team! The Project Lead, HR Operations will work closely with HR and Talent Acquisition Operations , HRIS and Payroll partners to identify and implement service enhancements. Ability to problem solve and collaborate across HR functions are keys to success in this position. The ideal candidate will possess a drive for process excellence, amazing client service, have a strong process orientation, and a fluency with technology.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.
Responsibilities:
Navigate Case Management system fluently to respond to ad hoc cases and provides updates to requestors on enhancement progress
Manage cross-functional projects with a global mindset, exploring solutions and process improvements to facilitate standardization in HR Operations
Partner with key stakeholders to provide guidance on communication and change management
Collaborate, coordinate, and own administrative responsibilities associated with Prioritization Committee Meetings, Meeting Notes and Presentation Materials
Help to identify and solve important operational challenges impacting the Associate Experience
Participate in business requirement gathering sessions to identify challenges and understand desired future state
Capture business requirements in a succinct and organized manner with stakeholder input
Liaise with HRIS to ensure alignment on enhancement request, project plan and desired outcome
Complete reporting on an as needed basis to pull metrics, statistics and data to support enhancements or audit requests
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting HR related processes
Prior experience with Workday Business Processes required
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with HR, business, and technical teams
Experience in process improvement methodologies
Demonstrated ability to take ownership and consistently deliver on commitments - great organizational skills and attention to detail
Solutions focused, with the ability to exercise integrity and sound judgment in complex and ambiguous situations
Proficiency in managing multiple projects concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
