Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts. Promote positive employee relations and engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Assist with performance evaluations and feedback processes. Support managers in performance improvement plans.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee administrative tasks, including office management and supplies. Responsible for administrative procurement, including the introduction and management of suppliers for office supplies, office equipment, factory renovation, and maintenance, etc. Manage payroll, benefits administration, and leave tracking. Support general administrative functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a factory or manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
