What will your day look like?
- Strategic HR Leadership: Collaborate with the leadership team to define HR objectives, develop policies, and guide the company’s growth trajectory.
- Talent Management: Drive recruiting, training, and development initiatives, shaping the workforce for future success.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee and streamline benefits processes, working closely with accounting and external partners.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor for employee concerns, balancing advocacy with organizational goals.
Who are you?
- Experienced HR Professional: 10-15 years in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Change Agent: Ability to innovate and introduce effective HR practices in an evolving environment.
- Versatile Skill Set: Proficient in all facets of HR including recruiting, training, benefits, and employee relations.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is an asset.
