Human Resources Generalist

Description:

Denver's technology space is growing at a rapid pace and this technology client is no exception. Soni is supporting this growing technology client located in Denver, CO on a direct-hire Human Resources Generalist role. This position is a direct result of rapid growth, so there will be plenty of support and training for this new team member when they join the robust HR Team. The role itself will be hybrid, 3 days in the Denver office and 2 days remote.

Required Skills:
 

• 3+ years experience in Human Resources, including knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws, regulations and recommended best practices
• Knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and talent management
• Experience assisting in the creation of personal development plans
• Ability to coach associates and management through complex and difficult issues
