Description:
Our International HR team is seeking an experienced and motivated candidate in the
related field such as F&B or the retail industry, and also familiar with company and store
employee management. The position will play a key role in local corporate team building, HR
system construction, and full-cycle local HR management, as well as leveraging local resources
such as local legal advice and industry associations.
This full-time position will report to the Head of U.S. Business Division. This is an excellent
opportunity to join our expanding international team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
Job Details
- Spearhead the establishment and leadership of the human resources team, constructing a human resources management framework to bolster business development.
- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures that align with company objectives and adhere to legal requirements.
- Manage employee relations, and resolve complaints and disciplinary issues, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Devise and execute compensation and benefits plans aimed at attracting, motivating, and retaining top-tier talent.
- Lead diversity and inclusivity initiatives, fostering a work environment that prioritizes diversity and promotes an inclusive atmosphere conducive to equal opportunities.
- Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, training, and cultural promotion events to ensure the comprehensive integration of corporate culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning efforts to meet business development demands.
- Assume responsibility for administrative tasks including budgeting for operational expenses, managing fixed assets, office supplies, and overseeing administrative functions.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in spoken Mandarin for clear and effective verbal communication.
- At least 8 years of working experience, 5 years in Director / Mid-Top Management / Senior
- Manager experience.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Ability to muti-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Have good communication skills and strong learning ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility, ability to resist pressure, and team management ability.
- Able to accept travel arrangements.
