Responsibilities

The Human Resources Development Associate role at Iron Mountain has critical influence in our organization. You will make an immediate impact on our organization as you rapidly contribute to our growth journey while we bridge the gap between education and essential professional work.

As a Human Resources Development Associate at Iron Mountain you will have the opportunity to work within our Center of Excellences (COE’s) or support one of our functions. Rotations are designed to help build a solid and well rounded foundation of HR areas and the business.

Some rotations may include:

  • Center of Excellence working in:
  • Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits)
  • Talent Acquisition (Recruiting, University Relations, Employee Brand)
  • Talent Learning & Development
  • Corporate Talent Operations
  • HR Generalist

Functional Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:

Requirements

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business or related field by July 2024
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full time
  • Prior Internship Experience

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Ability to demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and intellectual curiosity
