Job Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Leads the HR Business Partner team to deliver strategic talent, organizational design and organizational effectiveness support across the service lines and the functions of the enterprise.
2. Partners with the leadership teams to analyze and prioritize critical business challenges faced by the organization and deploy appropriate HR interventions and drive solutions.
3. Coordinates effectively with the HR COEs to successfully deliver HR services required to drive the business imperatives of the service line and the function.
4. Ensures operational excellence, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the overall HR operating mode with the objective of continuously driving the improvement of HR performance and enhance HR’s ability to support each of business growth goals and business objectives.
5. Drives day to day execution of the HR strategy by providing leadership, guidance, training and direction to the HR business partner team and the management team.
6. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-term planning of new programs/strategies, corporate policies and regulatory actions
7. Develops a consumer-oriented company culture by maximizing employee engagement opportunities to care for our employees so they take care of our members.
8. Develops HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall firm business objectives; develop the current workforce while ensuring a pipeline of optimum talent to meet the organizational goals of growth and outreach.
9. Functions as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each business unit or group regarding key organizational and management issues.
10. Works with Alignment Healthcare’s executive management, establish a sound plan of management succession that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of Alignment Healthcare.
11. Guides the organization while we scale the company for significant growth.
12. Provides overall support and guidance to all HR functions by overseeing Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, Training and Education.
13. Drives Organizational cultural change which involves, agility, social networking, ethics and values, innovation, customer focus, employee engagement, diversity and inclusiveness, and multiculturalism.
14. Supervisory Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for guiding, coaching, and developing HR Business Partners and others as cross functional oversight.
b. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; assigning workload; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; and coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • Required: 15+ years of strategic HR Leadership experience.10+ years as an HR Generalist/HRBP related experience with significant breadth of HR knowledge and skills. Minimum 5 years HR lead for BU’s/organizations with differing business models and complexity and has demonstrated an ability to develop and execute HR strategies that address varies needs of the business as it relates to scale and growth. Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles in other HR disciplines (HR Operations/Compensation and Benefits/ Talent Management)
  • Preferred: Leadership experience in a Health Care environment.
