Description:
We are currently seeking to bring on an enthusiastic and motivated HR Associate who will play an integral role by ensuring that all HR functions are operating smoothly across the business, making sure that our people have everything that they need to do their jobs and remain happy. The HR Associate will support and report to the Global HR And People Engagement Director.

- Execute contracts being sent out within one business day and are accurat
Responsibilities:
Follow the established and pre-existing processes to:
- Write and amend contracts
- Write letters to employees confirming promotions and other contractual changes
- Complete compliance checks
- Support induction programs and onboarding for new employees
- Support with compliance regarding health and safety and GDPR on occasion
- Support with maintaining a range of people software packages
- Support the finance team in ensuring employee payroll is correct
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to HR
- Maintain the upkeep of the HR Information System by ensuring employee data is entered and correct
- Take accurate notes during HR meetings
- Complete exit interviews
- Support with the offboarding and respond to ex-employee reference requests
- Work closely with the talent team to gather references for new hires
- Compile and share people reports as required
- Meet all elements of the Career Pathway expected at this level.
Experience:
- Previous experience of HR administration
- Previous experience in supporting with administrative duties
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
