  Training and Experience:

  A typical way of obtaining the knowledges, skills and abilities outlined above is graduation from a four-year college with a major in public or business administration, human resource management, industrial psychology or a closely related field; and one year of human resource management experience, preferably in a public agency or utility; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
