Description:
The Regional Human Resource Business Partner enhances the relationship between the Leadership Team with the human resources department to complete HR projects. You will report to the Regional HR Manager. You will analyze HR procedures to determine there relevance to our goals or values. Also, you will have responsibility for leading projects within the HR Department. #LI-Hybrid
You will be supporting the head of Regional HR with managing a portfolio of HR initiatives
You will establish and maintain a positive and productive relationship with senior business leaders within assigned departments to establish HR strategic direction and lead business effectiveness
Discussing business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans that can help the business with senior management and key stakeholders.
You will partner with management in their department to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their goals.
You will develop plans for recruitment, training, restructuring and succession and helping relevant staff implement them.
You will coach managers on ways to engage their employees and lead more effectively.
Bachelor’s degree, plus 8+ years of experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role. Masters Degree would be ideal
Previous experience supporting business clients in a matrix environment.
At least five years of experience in employee relations
Ability to travel frequently and on short notice within the United States.
Experience with multiple locations and departments, dealing with a broad range of HR-related areas at senior levels of organization.
PHR, SPHR, GPHR certification required.
