Job Summary:

TruePani Inc. is looking for a Human Resource and Administrative Generalist to support HR management, administrative tasks, employee relations, and financial record-keeping. This hybrid role offers flexibility, requiring three days in-office and two remote working days per week in Knoxville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

HR & Employee Relations:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries.
  • Stay up to date with federal, state, and local labor laws to ensure compliance.
  • Administer benefits programs (health, vision, dental, SEP IRA, PTO, etc.).
  • Assist with payroll processing, time-off tracking, and employee records management.
  • Coordinate employee training and professional development initiatives.
  • Support managers in performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Help foster a positive company culture through team-building activities.

Administrative & Financial Support:

  • Organize, review, and reconcile receipts to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in budget preparation, tracking, and financial reporting.
  • Create and issue invoices while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain insurance compliance and ensure policies are correctly worded.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and inquiries.
  • Plan and schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and office organization.
  • Streamline financial and administrative processes for better efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in HR management, administration, and policy implementation.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Certification preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
