Administers ADA accommodation requests, assists with University leave requests and the delivery of compliance training.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Administers and evaluates the ADA and Pregnancy Accommodation process requests for the University.
  • Makes appropriate recommendations to departments as part of the ADA process.
  • Where necessary assists in the Return to Work process.
  • Assists with non-FMLA and other University leaves.
  • Assists in the scheduling, delivery and tracking of compliance training.
  • Answers requests for confidential information from government entities.
  • Tracks and ensures compliance with required compliance postings.
  • Recognizes and escalates complex issues to appropriate leadership for resolution.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
