Description:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, and conducting interviews
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing
- Support the development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management activities
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure effective HR operations

Skills:
- Strong present skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Proven experience as a Senior HR leader or HR Manager role
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System),
